By sending a message to Wellbot (via WhatsApp or other supported platforms), you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Wellbot provides nutrition insights based on product labels sent via WhatsApp. This service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Users may also add allergens to their profile. Wellbot will attempt to identify these allergens in scanned products and notify the user. This feature is provided for informational purposes only and may not detect all allergens.
3. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wellbot.
Do not misuse the service (e.g., spam, send misleading information).
Wellbot does not guarantee 100% accuracy of product analysis.
Always verify information from official sources if necessary.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the allergens they provide to Wellbot.
Wellbot cannot guarantee full detection of allergens and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
4. Payment & Subscription
The Free Plan includes 10 scans per month.
Paid plan (Fit) are available via subscription.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wellbot is not responsible for any health decisions made based on its insights. Users should consult healthcare professionals for personalized advice. This includes allergen alerts. Wellbot does not assume liability for missed, incorrect, or incomplete allergen detection.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of Wellbot after changes means you accept the new terms.
Wellbot is available in multiple languages for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
